Creole Trays

Serves 20 people. Choice of Andouille pork or smoked turkey.

Crawfish or Shrimp Etouffee

Our savory etouffee with onions, bell peppers, and Cajun sauce with grilled seafood and sausage over jasmine rice.

Seafood Gumbo

A New Orleans favorite made with our original recipe gumbo and Cajun garlic grilled shrimp and sausage over jasmine rice.

Jambalaya

This tasty and spicy dish has sauteed onions, bell peppers, okra, and diced tomatoes with spicy garlic grilled shrimp and sausage with jasmine rice mixed in.

Alligator Voodoo

This original recipe features a spicy and tangy voodoo sauce with sauteed onions, bell pepper, and grilled alligator and sausage over jasmine rice.

Seafood Dirty Rice

This delicious dish has Cajun grilled shrimp and onions with jasmine rice mixed in.

Cajun Red Bean & Rice

Our beans are cooked for 6 hours with smoked turkey and onions. We grill sausage in spicy garlic sauce and pour over the beans and jasmine rice.

Seafood Rice

This seafood smorgasbord has jumbo scallops, crawfish tails, and shrimp in grilled in Cajun garlic sauce with onions, bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes with jasmine rice mixed in.

Cajun Garlic Shrimp

Grilled Cajun garlic shrimp and sauce over steamed broccoli, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and squash with hard-boiled eggs. 

Quad Extravaganza

Grilled in spicy garlic sauce are crawfish, shrimp, mussels and clams with sausage over jasmine rice, steamed veggies or linguine.

 Perfectly seasoned fried Cajun style chicken wings atop a Belgian waffle served with Cranberry remoulade sauce and signature praline syrup on the side. 

Crawfish Biscuits & Gravy

 Made-from-scratch Crawfish gravy with a hint of curry, Cajun and Creole seasoning, your choice of sausage, cut bell peppers and onions poured over buttery buttermilk biscuits. 

Baked Oatmeal Cakes

 Sweet and delicious oatmeal inside of a graham cracker crust with fruits and praline sauce. 


Dinner Trays

Serves 20 people. Grilled in Cajun garlic or Spicy garlic sauces. Sold by 1/4 lbs. per person.
